What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on any item that has been used, is no longer in their packaging, or any of these items : markers, fine liners, pens, paper, sprays, and any special ordered items. If you receive an item that is defective, please contact us for further information.
When will I get my order?
We will work prepare orders for shipping on Sundays and Wednesdays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location. If you have selected local pick up, you will receive an email confirming when your order is ready for pick up.
